One Voice Community Choir performed at Castle Park Arts Centre on Saturday 25th September, our first public performance since before lockdown and it was a huge success.
We are so grateful to those that turned up to support us and helped to raise an amazing £271 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Thank you all so much for your kind generosity.
The session commenced with us singing Africa, Chasing Cars, Under the Boardwalk and Sway. Our guests the Chester Trombone Choir then took over opening with Mr. Sandman and a few other well-known tunes. One Voice returned to complete the morning’s entertainment singing, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Pure Imagination, and The Wellerman then finished with Hallelujah.
